1.Description
This module is used in conjunction with the DCS IP gateway (Gira Order No. 2620 ..).
It evaluates whether calling up a JPEG image of camera stills (DCS bus or on IP cameras connected to the DCS IP gateway) by the Gira HomeServer was successful.
The arriving telegram can be filtered via the optional filters with regard to the ID of the camera requested by the HomeServer (HS) or the reported status.
If no filters are specified, the module evaluates all response telegrams for a JPEG image call.

2.Inputs
No. | Name | Initialisation | Description |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Door communication Receive | "" | (14 bytes – Text) Here the internal communication object Door communication Receive is assigned by the DCS IP gateway. |
2 | ID of the camera requested by the HS | 0 | Specification of an ID for the camera requested by the HomeServer Note The ID is in the value range of 1 to 255. The input is pre-initialised with the value 0, i.e., each telegram is evaluated regardless of the ID. |
3 | Status | "" | Specification of a status on which the incoming telegram should be filtered. The input is not pre-initialised, i.e., in the case of non-assignment, each telegram is evaluated independently of the status. (14 bytes Text) 0x00 = no error, JPEG video still image was sent 0x01 = error: path in HomeServer entered incorrectly, but the IP address is correct 0x02 = error: connection not possible because bus assigned 0x03 = error: connection not possible, temporary block because of limitation of camera switch-on duration 0x04 = error: requested camera is not known 0x05 = error: timeout 0x06 = error: eavesdropping prevention event during camera switch-on 0x07 = error: door or internal call during camera switch-on 0x08 = error: IP camera control during camera switch-on 0x09 = error: system programming command on or off during camera switch-on 0x0A = error: no global release of image call 0x0B = error: call start for own device 0x0C = error: camera no longer active 0x0D = error: password set 0x0E= this information is only used internally. |
3.Outputs
No. | Name | Initialisation | SBC | Description |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Action successful | 0 | s | When a response telegram from the DCS IP gateway which does not match the filter properties is received, the module sends a 1-telegram. When a response telegram which does not match the filter properties is received, the module sends a 0-telegram. If no filters are set, the module sends a 1-telegram for every response telegram (only JPEG image call). |
2 | ID of the camera requested by the HS | 0 | s | ID of the camera requested by the HomeServer (value range 0-255) |
3 | Current status | "" | s | The output sends status information on whether the desired JPEG image call was successful as 14-byte text. 0x00 = no error, JPEG video still image was sent 0x01 = error: path in HomeServer entered incorrectly, but the IP address is correct 0x02 = error: connection not possible because bus assigned 0x03 = error: connection not possible, temporary block because of limitation of camera switch-on duration 0x04 = error: requested camera is not known 0x05 = error: timeout 0x06 = error: eavesdropping prevention event during camera switch-on 0x07 = error: door or internal call during camera switch-on 0x08 = error: IP camera control during camera switch-on 0x09 = error: system programming command on or off during camera switch-on 0x0A = error: no global release of image call 0x0B = error: call start for own device 0x0C = error: camera no longer active 0x0D = error: password set 0x0E= this information is only used internally. |
4 | Error output | 0 | s | The output can be routed to the outside as a diagnostic output if necessary or during start-up in order to obtain information about possible errors. Values in the value range of 0 to 2 are sent. 0 = An error has not occurred. 1 = The default values must be checked. 2 = A telegram was received with a different structure. |
s = send, sbc = send by change
