Display basic parameters
Contents

1.Description

The module is used to determine basic parameters of the sending door communication devices in conjunction with the Gira DCS-IP gateway (Article No. 2260xx).

The following information must be output in dependence on the sender:
  • Bus address
  • Target address (with specific TC bus telegrams)
  • Sender type
  • Top unit number
  • Button number
  • Keyless In device type
  • Index number
  • Button event DCS Communicator, home station or TC gateway
  • Button event – Number of the triggering DCS Communicator
If a device does not offer a certain parameter (e.g. target address), then an empty string is sent to delete the display of the previous value.

The basic parameters are required for the parameterisation of the logic nodes in conjunction with the Gira DCS IP gateway.

The module requires the firmware version of the DCS IP gateway 1.11 or higher!

2.Inputs

No.NameInitialisationDescription
1Door communication Receive""
(14 bytes – Text)
Here the internal communication object Door communication Receive is assigned by the DCS IP gateway.

3.Outputs

No.NameInitialisationSBCDescription
1Bus address""s
When a telegram is received from the DCS IP gateway, the output sends the bus address as a 14-byte text of the door communication device which has sent the telegram.
Example: 0x000011
2Target address""s
When a telegram is received from the DCS IP gateway, the output sends the bus address as a 14-byte text of the door communication device which has sent the telegram.
Example: 0x000011
3Top unit""s
14-byte text output of the numeric value in the range from 0 to 31
4Button number""s
14-byte text output of the numeric value in the range from 0 to 127
5Sender type""s
14-byte text output of the device type from which the TC bus telegram was sent.
