1.Description

In the case of OFF telegrams at Input 1, a 1 or 0 is sent alternately at Output 1. Nothing is sent in the case of ON telegrams at Input 1.

The received OFF telegrams are output here. The output value toggles between 1 and 0. If the input value does not equal zero, no telegram is sent at the output. A 1-bit value is output.
