All error times connected to accessing and establishing a connection to the HS/FS are set in this mask.
Error times (in sec.)
ISDN error
If the HS/FS cannot create a connection via ISDN, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
NTP error
If the HS/FS cannot reach the NTP, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
E-mail error
If the HS/FS cannot reach the mail server, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
FTP 1 -error
If the HS/FS cannot reach the FTP server 1, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
FTP 2 error
If the HS/FS cannot reach the FTP server 2, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
SMS error
If the HS/FS cannot reach the SMS gateway of the provider, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Push notification error
If the HS/FS cannot reach the Push notification server, the time period set here lapses after the first failed attempt before the next connection attempt.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Waiting after 2nd error is applied after the second failed attempt. Waiting after 3 and more errors is applied subsequently.
Group times (in sec.)
Sending locking-out times are defined in this section.
The times refer to the sending of e-mails and SMS as well as of FTP (also designated as sending).
During the locking-out time, the send orders are "grouped" and then processed as a block.
The sending lock-out begins after successful sending.

E-mail group time
After an e-mail is successfully sent, the HS/FS waits for the time period set here before initiating the sending of new e-mails.

(Additional information, see above )
FTP-1 group time
After successful FTP data transfer to FTP server 1, the HS/FS waits for the time period set here before transferring the new data. (For additional information on group times, see above )
FTP-2 group time
After successful FTP data transfer to FTP server 2, the HS/FS waits for the time period set here before transferring the new data. (For additional information on group times, see above )
SMS group time (in sec.)
After an SMS is successfully sent, the HS/FS waits for the time period set here before initiating the sending of new SMS messages. (For additional information on group times, see above )
Push notification group time (in sec.)
After a push notification is successfully sent, the HS/FS waits for the time period set here before initiating the sending of new push notifications. (For additional information on group times, see above )
ISDN monitoring
A monitoring period (interval in days) is specified here in which the HS/FS is connected to the Internet via ISDN, or tries to go online.
The entire time is monitored for a time period. (For example, 100 minutes in 30 days or 15 dialling attempts in 30 days)
After the monitoring period expires, the maximum time or dialling attempts are set to zero
and the monitoring begins again.
If the maximum time or the maximum number of dialling attempts is reached and the HS/FS should again establish a connection to the ISDN, this lock-out can only be deleted by restarting or by reprogramming the HS/FS.
If a maximum is reached, a status object "ISDN lock-out" is set to one.
